The high speed tubular stranding machines re used for the stranding of copper wires,aluminium wires,ACSR.They are also used for the making of steel ropes.Among the steanders.The model 100,250.,300,are specially designed to strand steel ropes,straighteners are mounted on the model 250.,300,stranders whose take-up & traversing devices are driven by the machine proper.

These high speed tubu;ar stranding machine are mainly compsoed of pay-off stand,rotors,formingdie,length counter,haul-off capstan,take-up &teaversing device,protecting cover,wire breaking stop unit,electrical panel.

Model 100 and 200 steanders are driven by 3-phase AC moter,while the model 250(more than wtp)by slipring induction motor or AC freqency conversion motor.
